Role Description
To ensure guests have an excellent dining experience by providing stellar customer service, greet guests, take meal orders and ensure smooth communication between the dining area and kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
· Clean work area and equipment
· Prepare the dining room and dress tables as per instruction
· Execute daily cleaning
· Clean, polish and store tableware and glassware
· Table service of bread and water
· Run dishes and clear tables
· Execute simple tasks that assist the team
· Be the connecting link between the kitchen and the dining room
· Cleaning and organising of common work areas
· Carry out requests or directions from any management team member
Requirements
· Confidence in service and working with premium guests;
· Strong knowledge of wines and beverages;
· Team spirit;
· Composure under pressure;
· English – mandatory.
